A highly skilled mortgage professional in the Mobile area, Teresa Bonner brings a wealth of knowledge and a commitment to exceptional service to her clients. With 12 years of experience in the mortgage industry behind her, Teresa knows what it takes to make the mortgage process a smooth one.
Raised in Semmes, Teresa studied communication, finance, and management at the University of South Alabama. She began her career in the mortgage industry as an assistant after earning her Alabama real estate license. This offered her the unique opportunity to learn the business from both a sales and operations side, giving Teresa a more complete grasp of the mortgage process.
Teresa and her two daughters reside in Midtown Mobile. She has a heart for service and has previously served on the Semmes City Council, the Semmes Planning Commission, and the American Cancer Society Leadership Council.
Teresa’s pledge is to help her clients make the best possible decisions about their mortgage loan to best suit them and their families. Buying a home is the largest financial event to happen in many people’s lives, so Teresa and her team strive to make the mortgage process as easy as possible while keeping clients informed each step of the way. Her ability to reach that goal for her clients has led to success and recognition from SWBC Mortgage Corporation.
